    Of the foods listed here, some of them are in my normal daily eating while some are not. I would like to make it a thing to eat them like nuts.

  2. I didn’t know that food could affect the health of your brain! I was glad to see that when I was reading the article that I actually eat a lot of the foods anyway. I didn’t know that coffee was a brain booster either! 

    Do you have any suggestions for foods to boost energy? Lately I have been feeling groggy and its been hard to get moving in the morning. I would love to know how I can improve my energy.

    I personally love Coffee.when I got a coffee I will boost for few hours. but I thought there have benefits to a reduced risk of neurological diseases,

  6. I have to say, a lot of the brain foods that are on your list are extremely delicious, especially the sweet ones. Thanks for telling us which foods are great for the brain! Have you ever tried to go deeper into the numbers in order to calculate a meal plan based on certain nutrients? Ex: 2 eggs, 6 bars of chocolate, 5 handfuls of blueberries, 1 orange, etc. That is what my ideal meal would look like to be honest.
