Like any other system in the body, the Immune system is boosted by the foods we ate. Research reveals that some vitamins, herbs, minerals, and other substances if consumed, will boost the immune system and potentially protect against illness.
Without having qualified proof about food supplements, I would not recommend a supplement for the cure of any virus infection, as it might counteract any medication you given by your medical practitioner. Note though, Vitamins, and Minerals are known to boost the immune system as well as ensuring wellbeing to the whole body.
Research has shown a number of herbs and or vegetables that contain many useful vitamins and Minerals that is in use for generations. And people have seen much health benefits using them.
