  3. Hello,

The things we take for granted in our daily life is amazing. They often have a big impact on our lives, don’t they? I tend to agree about the fact that if we don’t use our brain cells they could eventually deteriorate. This is similar to forgetting a language or basic words in a language because we don’t use it daily. Brain exercise like any other exercise ought to promote brain health.

I love coffee. I guess most people do. I am now wondering whether it has ever been used on patients with Alzheimers disease to help them to focus and live in the present. It’s thought-provoking.

  5. It’s amazing how powerful and important our brains are. This mass in our head works 24/7. That’s why we must pamper it and treat it like a baby. We never want our brains ‘getting sick’ and not be able to function normally. This is what makes other parts of our body to function properly. I’ve read stories about folks (And not always old ones), having strokes or early signs of dementia and alzheimers. More studies and helpful tools should be in place to assist those who need it.

    • Hello Rjkennedy; thanks for your comment. If one would stop to learn something about the brain and its important functions in the body, then more care would be given to enhance its health and longevity.
